FAQs
What does Noah Ventures do?
1.
I run a consulting practice supporting international organizations, foundations, and leadership teams on strategic events, partnership development, and special projects. The work is designed for organizations navigating complex, high-stakes initiatives where alignment, execution, and getting the details right all matter.
What services do you offer?
2.
I work across three areas:
Strategic Events — designing and leading leadership retreats, strategic offsites, international conferences, stakeholder roundtables, donor engagements, and high-level convenings from concept through delivery.
Partnership Development — helping organizations identify, structure, and build collaborations across NGOs, foundations, institutions, and funders.
Special Projects & Initiative Support — providing senior-level strategic and operational support for new program launches, cross-team initiatives, and complex projects that need coordination, structure, and follow-through.
Do you do end-to-end event planning?
3.
Yes. Strategic Events engagements cover the full lifecycle — from early concept and agenda design through stakeholder coordination, facilitation, logistics, on-site production, and post-event follow-through. The goal is always that the gathering produces something real, not just a good experience.
Yes. Past work includes production support for a $10M+ fundraising gala attended by UHNW donors, Nobel laureates, and global ambassadors, as well as international conferences and cross-regional convenings spanning Nairobi, Dakar, Amman, London, Athens, Dublin, and beyond. This is the kind of work I do best.
Do you specialize in galas and international conferences?
4.
Can you help with stakeholder roundtables?
5.
Yes. Stakeholder roundtables are a core part of the practice — designing and facilitating cross-sector discussions that surface real insight, build alignment, and produce clear next steps rather than just conversation. Past roundtables have spanned six regions simultaneously, across governments, NGOs, foundations, and institutional donors.
Can you assist with cross-sector partnership development?
6.
Yes. Partnership Development work supports organizations in moving from "we should work together" to a collaboration that has real structure and shared ownership. This includes identifying the right partners, navigating alignment across institutions, and building the foundation for something that holds beyond the initial conversation.
Who do you typically work with?
7.
International organizations, foundations, NGOs, and leadership teams navigating complex, cross-regional initiatives. Clients are typically working on something where the stakes are real and a thoughtful, senior-level partner — not just a coordinator — makes the difference.
8.
What does an engagement typically cost?
Engagements are scoped and priced based on what the project actually requires — there's no standard package. The best way to get a sense of fit and scope is a brief introductory call. I'm happy to be direct about whether it makes sense before either of us invests more time.
Do you work globally?
9.
Yes. I work internationally across the U.S., Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and beyond. Projects typically involve a mix of remote collaboration and on-the-ground support, with travel as needed.
Where are you located?
10.
I’m based in New York and work globally.
How do I know if you’re the right fit?
11.
If your organization is planning a high-level convening, building a partnership, or navigating an initiative that needs both strategic thinking and hands-on execution — it's worth a conversation. Engagements are taken on selectively and scoped around what the work actually needs. The best place to start is a brief introductory call.
