A global convening where the right leaders finally get in the same room — and something changes.

A partnership between two organizations that should have found each other years ago. A high-stakes project that keeps stalling because no one owns the structure — until someone does.

That's Noah Ventures.

What I Do

The work usually falls into three areas. But the through-line is always the same: clarity, alignment, and the conditions for something real to happen.

Projects often span multiple regions, with a mix of remote collaboration and on-the-ground support as needed.

Strategic Events

Not just well-run rooms — gatherings designed to move something. Leadership retreats, high-level convenings, donor engagements, and cross-regional forums where the agenda serves a larger purpose.

Partnership Development

The structural work of building relationships that hold. Identifying the right collaborators, navigating the alignment, and helping organizations move from conversation to committed partnership.

Special Projects & Initiative Support

For initiatives that need focused, senior-level support to get off the ground or across the finish line. Launches, cross-team coordination, time-sensitive projects with real stakes.

Who I Work With

My clients are usually dealing with something that doesn't fit neatly into a job description.

International organizations, foundations, and NGOs navigating multi-country work. Leadership teams that need to get aligned and move fast. Initiatives that require both strategic thinking and someone who can actually execute.

If the work is complex and the stakes are real, that's where I do my best work.

Who I Am

Amani El-Negery
Founder, Noah Ventures

I'm Amani El-Negery, founder of Noah Ventures.

For the past decade, I've worked inside some of the most demanding organizational environments in the world — humanitarian operations during active crises, high-level donor engagements, global convenings where the stakes were real and the margin for error was small.

That work taught me something specific: what separates a gathering that changes things from one that doesn't usually isn't resources or ambition. It's whether someone understood what the moment actually required — and built toward that.

That's what I do.

Recent Work

Leadership Retreats & Strategic Offsites • Including a multi-day team retreat facilitating alignment across 47 nationalities, and regional offsites for teams navigating competing priorities across continents.

Donor Events & High-Level Galas • Including core production team support for IRC's Global Rescue Dinner — a flagship fundraising gala attended by UHNW donors, Nobel laureates, and global ambassadors — managing talent logistics, speaker support, and real-time backstage coordination.

Watchlist Roundtables • Led end-to-end planning and execution of IRC's flagship cross-regional roundtable series across six global regions, convening internal teams and external subject-matter experts on climate, conflict, and displacement. Roundtables directly informed the annual IRC Watchlist Report — covered by major news outlets and governments worldwide. Delivered across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.

Program Visits & Field Engagements • Structuring visits that connect donors and leadership with field teams in ways that strengthen understanding and long-term support — without overburdening the people doing the work.

You probably already know what the work requires. You just need someone who can help you build it.
